Best of 2014: BMS on Inc. 5000 for 4th Time

NEW YORK, NY, SEPT 21, 2014: For the fourth consecutive year, Inc. Magazine has chosen Black Mountain Systems, a software company that develops innovative, tailored solutions for data aggregation, process management, and business reporting, for its Inc. 5000 List of fastest-growing privately held companies.

The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue this year is $211 billion, with listed companies having generated 505,000 jobs over the past three years. Black Mountain, which has been ranked #1234, 820, 501, and 63 on this list, has grown 353% percent over the past three years and joins an exclusive group of enterprises that have appeared on the list for four consecutive years including Microsoft and Oracle.

“It is truly an honor to be recognized again by Inc., especially near the close of what has been another tremendous year. We now work with 55 clients from across the globe, and our success undoubtedly comes from the dedication of our talented team and their commitment to understanding the intricacies of each of our client’s business. This is how we’ve built and continue to foster strong partnerships throughout the financial services industry,” said Andy Horwitz, co-CEO of Black Mountain.

“What surprises me, even though I know it’s coming, is the sheer variety of the paths our entrepreneurs take to success, thematically reflecting how our economy has evolved,” says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “What doesn’t change is the fearsome creativity unleashed by American entrepreneurship.”

Black Mountain’s team will be exhibiting at the ABS East Conference in Miami, FL today through Tuesday.
