Application Support Engineer
Application Support Engineers provide technical & end-user application support for clients. They collaborate and apply resourcefulness to solve problems and maximize client satisfaction.
Implementation Specialists are client facing and assist with all aspects & functions of client implementations. As members of a high functioning team, they collaborate to exceed expectations.
Quality Assurance Analyst
QA Analysts perform software quality assurance testing for highly configurable applications. They apply critical thinking to ensure that software is effectively tested & functioning properly before it is distributed.
Relationship Managers work directly with our clients to ensure they are satisfied with our offering, and remain aware of all the solutions we can provide.

The Interview Process
So you’ve applied for a position at Black Mountain.
What happens next?
The Phone Screen
Successful candidates will be contacted for a phone screen. During this call, your resume and work experience will be discussed. If there is a match, candidates will move on to an online technical screen or in person interview (order of steps is position dependent).
Online Technical Screen
Depending on the position applied for, candidates may be given an online test in order for us to assess technical skills relevant to the position. Upon completing the online technical screen, successful candidates will be asked to come in for an in person interview.
In Person Interview
The in person interview is a combination of tests and interviews that will vary by position. If a candidate is successful during the in person interview, the next step is a fit interview.
The Fit Interview
The fit interview is an opportunity for candidates and Black Mountain team members to get to know each other in a more relaxed atmosphere (i.e., happy hour). It is designed to give the candidates a feel for the company culture and assess whether or not there is an organizational fit.
