What We Need

  • Experienced recruiter with proven track record of success
  • Experience in self servicing “candidate leads” from industry standard sources, including LinkedIn
  • Experience in pre-qualifying candidates based on skills, communication and culture fit
  • Ability to enthusiastically sell benefits of company
  • Understanding of regional differences and how to adapt approach
  • Experience with sales pipeline strategies and concepts
  • Enthusiasm for continuous process improvement and feedback loop
  • A degree from a 4 year university
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and be adept at listening and soliciting feedback
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can successfully manage multiple competing priorities
  • Experience in FinTech is preferred

Your Responsibilities

  • Source leads using LinkedIn Recruiting and other viable sources
  • Promote internal referrals from existing employees
  • Pre-qualify candidates by working with hiring managers on screening process
  • Track all recruiting data via a sales pipeline tool
  • Evaluate process, suggest improvements, and manage implementation of those improvements
  • Understand how to support hiring managers for different positions in San Diego, New York, London, and Houston
  • Own and maintain strategic relationships with outside recruiters in order to supplement internal services to meet hiring needs and objectives
